What You’ll Do
Own and lead all aspects of manufacturing performance for your business area.
Drive production targets, volumes, yields, throughput while maintaining world‑class quality.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth operations and compliance with financial, regulatory, and EHS standards.
Champion manufacturing optimization and margin growth initiatives.
Lead a high‑performing team, fostering empowerment, accountability, and continuous development.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely issue resolution.
Sponsor impactful projects to enhance quality systems and manufacturing processes.
