Role Overview
The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity, safety, and efficiency. This role supports the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Manager and acts as a liaison between management and staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
* Establish and build on good working relationship with your team.
* Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team maintains a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* People Management - day to day management of your team. Complete the return-to-work form.
* Ensure team are up to date with the Ricoh Compliance & DEI training.
* Service Delivery – Daily order management based on client priorities
* Troubleshoot any config and imaging issues when required.
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff where required.
* Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity goals are met.
* Train, mentor, and support team members to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.
* Perform and oversee inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and stock audits when required.
* Collaborate with management to improve warehouse workflows and processes.
* Communicate clearly with internal departments such as logistics, sales support, and customer service.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely data entry into inventory and shipping systems.
* SLA management. Be familiar with client requirements.
Candidate Profile
Experience
* 2+ years of warehouse experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety procedures
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed
Education
* Leaving Certificate is preferable.
