Legal Secretary Role Overview
This is a key opportunity for a Legal Secretary with experience in property to expand their skills and knowledge.
* Typing at 60wpm is required for this position.
* The role involves formatting legal documents, filing, invoicing and general admin support.
* Other responsibilities include preparation of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents and preparation of Bibles of Security/Title documents.
* Occasional reception cover may be required.
* Overflow secretarial work will also be involved.
Essential Qualifications:
* A minimum of 3 years experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in Commercial Property.
* Excellent typing and Microsoft Office skills are necessary.
* High attention to detail is also essential.
Work Package Details
* Salary is dependent on experience (DOE).
* 22 days annual leave plus additional closures are included.
* A hybrid working arrangement is offered.
* 5% pension contribution is provided.
