Aureol Global Connections is seeking a meticulous and experienced Window Surveyor (Estimator) to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site surveys and preparing accurate estimates for window installation and replacement projects.

Responsibilities Conduct detailed on-site surveys to measure windows and assess project requirements.
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates based on survey data, project specifications, and materials needed.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear understanding of project scope and costs.
Prepare and submit detailed proposals and quotations for window installation or replacement projects.
Maintain up-to-date records of measurements, estimates, and client communications.
Identify potential challenges or variations during surveys and communicate effectively to project managers.
Stay informed about industry standards, materials, and new technologies related to window systems.
Assist in coordinating procurement of materials and liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Requirements Proven experience as a Window Surveyor or Estimator in the construction or fenestration industry.
Strong knowledge of window types, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent measurement and surveying skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using measuring tools and relevant software for estimation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and team interactions.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to surveys and installations.
