About the Role
PE Global, an award-winning recruitment agency is seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Permanent Recruitment Team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client portfolio.
Consult with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Build and maintain a network of top-tier talent within the industry.
Create and post job adverts across multiple platforms
Maintain and update the candidate database to ensure accuracy and compliance
Perform candidate compliance checks and assist with administrative tasks such as interview coordination and documentation
Deliver exceptional service to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
Skills & Experience
At least 2-3 years’ experience in Recruitment preferably in an agency setting
Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to cultivate new business.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Proactive, driven, and comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and online resources e.g. Indeed, LinkedIn
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Positive, sociable, and team-oriented attitude
