Job Title: Financial Director
Our client is a registered charity with over five decades of experience in delivering exceptional services to the Limerick City region.
This role requires a fully qualified accountant with relevant professional accreditation, providing strategic leadership and management expertise to drive business success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Producing regular financial reports and management accounts, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth.
* Coordinating payroll for 80 staff members, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
* Collaborating with senior management to develop and finalise budgets and forecasts, driving business strategy and planning.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with excellent technical knowledge, hands-on management accounting experience, and strong communication skills, capable of leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives.
