JOB TITLE: Chef de Partie
Purpose of job:
To meet the requirements of customers and residents and to service and clean the public areas of the hotel.
Responsible to:
Head Chef
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals
* Be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting their culinary dishes
* Ensure that food presentation is innovative, and at the required temperature with temperatures recorded on the appropriate charts
* Ensure that any Food Safety/Quality records assigned to you are being carried out on a daily basis within the kitchen and related areas, without exception
* Reporting to Head Chef
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar standard hotel.
* Available to work 39 hours per week
* Fluent English
* Excellent communication skills
* Full-time work permit
* HACCP knowledge
