Job Title: We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to work and manage all civils projects in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Report regularly to the Senior Management Team
* Coordinate and manage each project ensuring that requirements and deadlines are achieved
* Manage Project Teams and Site Management personnel
* Select sub-contractor teams
* Attend each project regularly, checking on progress and quality
* Gather regular reports from Site Management
* Conduct regular meetings with Site Management
* Be the point of contact for the Client making sure that all their requirements are exceeded
* Ensure that every site member is adhered to a strict code of health & safety
Requirements:
* Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree
* 5 years plus experience
* Operational and managerial experience
* Good negotiation skills
* Flexible
* Able to multi-task and work to deadlines
* Able to work individually and manage several civil teams
* Extremely motivated and hardworking
* Expert analytical and decision-making skills
* Technical and practical knowledge of the Civil Engineering industry
* Full understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and regulation
