We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our finance team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in financial reporting across manufacturing operations, employee benefits and departmental cost centres. You will partner with operational leaders to support business performance and decision-making and have the opportunity to make a real business impact.
You will be responsible for preparing budgets, quarterly forecasts and month-end reporting for manufacturing operations and cost centres. Additionally, you will manage financial reporting for employee benefits and departmental budgets.

You will also lead weekly labor cost reporting and variance analysis. Furthermore, you will review ad hoc costing data on the potential impact of different scenarios on company-wide costs; provide regular reports highlighting significant trends or issues that require management's attention;
The ideal candidate is qualified as an accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) with strong analytical skills coupled with excellent communication abilities. A comfort level working within fast-paced deadlines environments would be beneficial in this position too!
