Our client is seeking an Administrator in South Dublin.
This role involves administration, data entry, reporting, Excel, document management, case management support, and stakeholder communication within a structured public sector environment.
The Administrator will support investigations, prepare reports and documentation, manage databases, and coordinate meetings, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative, data, and organisational skills seeking public sector exposure, including those pursuing FE1 exams.
Client: Public Sector Organisation Location: South Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: €35,000 Contract: 6-month temporary assignment Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across a high-volume case management and regulatory function Prepare documentation, reports, case files, and meeting materials Support scheduling, coordination, and minute taking for meetings Maintain databases, records, and data systems ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Communicate professionally with a wide range of stakeholders, including members of the public Support the preparation of case reports, plans, and documentation for review processes Track and manage data for reporting and statistical purposes Work independently to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Support wider team activities and administrative functions as required Essential Requirements At least 3 years administrative experience within a corporate or regulated environment Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and generating reports Desirable Requirements Experience in the public sector, regulatory, or legal environment Experience supporting investigations, case management, or complaints processes Third level qualification Interest in legal or regulatory processes Apply:Send your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
