Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client based in Limerick City, is seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Senior FP&A Finance Specialist to join a dynamic, forward-thinking finance team.

Responsibilities: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including scenario planning and stakeholder engagement.
Build robust financial models to support due diligence and investment analysis for M&A opportunities.
Analyse financial performance, KPIs, and variances to provide clear, actionable insights to senior management.
Manage financial due diligence and contribute to strategic business expansion projects.
Review legal and financial documentation, including facility agreements and transactional contracts.
Prepare bank submissions and ensure covenant compliance reporting is accurate and timely.
Develop presentations and reports for senior executives and board meetings.
Support ongoing finance system development and integration, including AI initiatives.
Offer commercial and financial guidance to stakeholders across the business.
Contribute to ad hoc strategic finance projects as required.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 3-5+ years' experience in corporate finance or strategic finance roles.
Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis skills.
M&A experience on both buy and sell side, including due diligence and investment evaluation is desirable.
