Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Operation within the constraints of any plant equipment that training has been received for.
* Maintain all Plant & Equipment on a daily basis including completion of inspection logs.
* Carry out his/her works daily safely so as to not endanger his/herself or any other worker.
* Perform manual tasks assigned to them on a daily basis.
* Attend Health & Safety training, where required.
* Wear all necessary PPE, where provided, and to maintain in good order for use.
* Establish and promote best practice.
* Ensuring the promotion of customer focus throughout the organisation.
Selection Criteria / Person Specification
* Previous experience in machine operative role.
* All plant & machine operatives must hold a valid CSCS/CPCS Card for the plant they operate.
* Valid Safe Pass and/or CSCS card holder.
* Manual Handling Certificate.
* Strong communication skills.
