Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our EHS initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
* Safety Management System (SMS)
* We require someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and who is experienced in implementing and maintaining an SMS.
* They should also be able to periodically review and update safety policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting internal audits and inspections, supporting external audit processes, and managing risk assessments across departments.
They will investigate incidents and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Additionally, they will promote and uphold a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in a similar EHS role, preferably within chemical manufacturing or high-compliance environments.
