Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
This role involves leading all marketing activity across our e-commerce website, retail stores, and brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-store channels, helping us connect with customers both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Email & SMS Marketing: Plan and manage all email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, oversee automated email flows with agency support, work with agency partners to manage SMS marketing strategy and delivery.
* Social Media & Content: Create and post engaging social media content across platforms, plan seasonal social campaigns aligned with brand tone and messaging, manage content calendar and brand storytelling across digital touchpoints, track and report on performance.
* Paid Advertising: Coordinate with agency partners on Meta and Google Ads strategy, monitor performance and provide input to improve ROI, align paid content with organic campaigns and brand goals.
* Website & E-commerce: Manage daily content/product updates on Shopify website, own image selection, SEO, product merchandising and tagging, ensure strong UX, brand consistency, and seasonal relevance, track and report on e-commerce performance.
* Campaign & Brand Marketing: Plan and deliver marketing campaigns for new collections, gifting periods, and key brand moments, project manage lifestyle and e-commerce photo shoots, including shot lists, styling, and themes, create radio ads and printed materials to support seasonal campaigns.
* Reporting & Analytics: Track, analyse, and report on performance across all digital channels, use insights to improve campaign effectiveness, website conversions, and customer retention, confident in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify reports, Klaviyo dashboards).
* Retail & B2B Support: Develop POS and in-store marketing materials, support marketing, including events for our retail stores, artisan cafe, and production mill, work with the B2B team to support wholesale and trade marketing.
* Retention & Customer Experience: Create and manage loyalty campaigns and post-purchase journeys, ensure communications are aligned across all customer touchpoints, provide occasional customer service support where needed.
