Our client one of the leading innovators in Retail & Hospitality Technology are recruiting for a Payments specialist.
The Role:
* Responsible for new & existing account development
* Demonstrate knowledge of the banking industry, business challenges, and solutions in the marketplace including competitive intelligence.
* Self-generate and close leads through selling the key benefits of our product, working to monthly / yearly revenue targets and KPI's in order to achieve targets.
* Maintain a high awareness and knowledge of the business market, card payment industry, competitors and internal activities to ensure that all business opportunities are identified, considered and closed appropriately
The Ideal Candidate:
* Significant subject matter expertise in the card processing space
* Knowledge of payments industry, solutions technology including systems, applications, and regulatory practices.
* Must have 2+ years' experience selling to decision makers
* Proven ability to sell business technology solutions
* Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
