Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert guidance to customers on luxury watch collections, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
* Develop in-depth knowledge of various watch brands, including their history, craftsmanship, and technical innovations.
* Deliver a superior client experience through personalized service and consultation, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
* Assist customers in selecting and purchasing watches based on their preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
* Perform basic watch maintenance, such as strap adjustments and battery replacements, where applicable.
* Maintain a visually appealing watch display, ensuring all timepieces are presented to the highest standard.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new releases, and technical advancements.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
* SUPPORT SALES TARGETS BY ACTIVELY ENGAGING WITH CUSTOMERS AND PROMOTING WATCH COLLECTIONS.
* Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless store operations and provide exceptional customer service.
