The right candidate will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all hotel guests.
Responsibilities Include:
Front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the guests requirements while at all times delivering an excellent customer experience.
To deal with guest requests to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Responsible for accurate and efficient guest billing and billing procedures.
To assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy at all times.
To ensure that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
Flexibility around working hours.
Assisting Front Office Manager with the day to day running of reception.
Skills and Experience Required:
A friendly and welcoming approach.
Previous 2years minimum experience in a front office or administrative role.
High standards of dress and presentation.
Ability to remain calm during difficult situations or in a very busy environment.
Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
Excellent administrative skills and the ability to use email and booking systems.
Good team working skills.
Revenue Driven whilst yield managing rates.
Knowledge of Guestline or Equivalent PMS system.
