Job Description
The primary objective of the Nurse Manager is to ensure high-quality care services are delivered consistently. They oversee the team, facilitate effective communication, and foster partnerships to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attending stakeholder meetings as required
* Leading a team to deliver exceptional service quality
* Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance services
* Orienting new staff and supervising existing personnel
* Delivering assessment protocols to agreed standards
* Maintaining accurate documentation on client care provision
* Conducting regular visits to review updates, service delivery, and feedback
* Completing checks and providing feedback forms
* Monitoring client satisfaction levels
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Current ABA registration
* Up-to-date certificates in mandatory courses (Patient Moving & Handling and CPR)
* Strong understanding of HIQA standards
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Attention to detail and basic IT proficiency
