As a fast-growing challenger brand with strong retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer presence, were on an exciting growth journey with new product launches ahead. Purpose This role ensures the effective operation of key finance, supply chain, logistics, production, and order management functions. Working closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams, the role bridges internal operations with external suppliers, logistics partners, and online platforms. The post-holder will play a pivotal role in demand and supply planning, ensuring the right products are available in the right place at the right time to meet customer and consumer needs. They will also oversee the smooth running of online order processing, including Amazon and other DTC channels, ensuring stock integrity and service excellence. Ideal Candidate. The ideal candidate will bring experience in supply chain and finance functions within a manufacturing or FMCG environment, with strong organisational skills and commercial awareness. They will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and enjoy taking ownership of both detail and process improvement. The responsibilities of the role will include: Demand planning & forecasting ensuring production requirements are met and adequate supplies of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished stock are always available. Managing purchasing responsible for ordering and reordering ingredients, packaging, and other materials; issuing PO numbers; and approving supplier invoices. Coordinating logistics across the Island of Ireland channel, managing the movement of goods to storage partners, customers, and retail outlets. Managing the online order process from order receipt through to fulfilment and dispatch ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellent customer experience. Monitoring and reporting on stock levels of finished products, ingredients, and packaging, ensuring efficient stock control. Liaising with external suppliers and logistics providers to resolve issues quickly and effectively. Receiving customer purchase orders, preparing pick notes, invoices, and any required customs documentation, including liaising with TSS on GB to NI movements. Setting up new product information in the business operating system and maintaining an up-to-date price list, including tracking promotions. Preparing and summarising sales reports to support commercial decision-making. Supporting customer service queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Ensuring timely customer payments. Essential Criteria Minimum 3 years experience in a supply chain role. And: Strong demand planning, supply chain, and inventory management skills. Customer service and client management experience. Experience managing third-party suppliers and logistics providers. Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel essential). Ability to analyse business data and provide actionable insights. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a team player. Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish. Desirable Criteria Experience with Shopify, or other DTC order management platforms. Other Relevant Information Contracted hours: Fixed-term, 4-week contract, 40 hours per week, MondayFriday, 8:30am5:00pm with flexibility required at times to meet business needs. Office-based at Frozzys HQ, Duncrue Place, Belfast. Salary: negotiable. Current drivers licence required. Company laptop and mobile phone provided.
