NEW GRADS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!BAYADA at Inspira Home Health is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to perform home health visits in our Salem County office, located in West Deptford, NJ.
This role involves servicing clients across Salem County on a per-visit basis.
As a home care Physical Therapist, you will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to help clients remain at home.
Responsibilities:Make home visits to clients within designated geographic areas.Perform diagnostic tests, including mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments.Implement wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings and topical agents.Develop and revise individualized care plans, including manual therapy, gait training, and balance exercises.Assess and update care plans, collaborating with nursing staff.Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote health and safety.Document care activities accurately using electronic tablets.Qualifications:Current NJ Physical Therapist license.Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.Proficiency with computers; experience with EMR preferred.Benefits:Paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, health plans, life insurance, 401(k), and more.Training, career development, and recognition programs.Safety measures including PPE, infection control protocols, and COVID-19 monitoring.Additional Information:Base pay ranges from $63 to $68 per point, depending on experience and negotiation.
