Procurement Officer – Hotel Group
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to support purchasing and stock control across our hotel group. Working closely with hotel departments and our external procurement management company, you will ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective purchasing while managing our procurement system, Procure Wizard.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Use Access Procure Wizard to manage daily, weekly, and monthly purchasing activity, including generating purchase orders and matching them to invoices
Maintain supplier price files, product mappings, catalog imports, and user accounts within the system
Coordinate purchasing requests from F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments
Monitor stock levels, conduct stock takes, and investigate discrepancies
Track orders, deliveries, and resolve shortages or quality issues
Ensure all deliveries are recorded, matched to invoices, and approved to reduce manual paperwork
Generate reports on supplier spend, price fluctuations, and gross profit (GP) performance
Ensure compliance with preferred supplier lists and internal procurement policies
Identify and resolve system errors, provide user support, and train team members on best practices
Requirements
Previous experience in hotel purchasing, stock control, or hospitality operations (F&B, bar, or similar)
Strong IT skills; experience with Access Procure Wizard highly preferred
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas)
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work with suppliers, finance teams, and operational departments

Required Criteria
