* The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in facilities management within pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for optimizing facility performance and efficiency.
* Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules and asset management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or related field; significant experience in facilities management.
* Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, M&E, BMS, chiller systems, fire protection, and critical utilities.
