Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Delivery Manager to oversee the coordination of service requests and ensure seamless interactions with customers.
* Act as primary point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
* Manage incoming service requests and quality issues via phone and email.
* Coordinate engineer workloads to guarantee timely service delivery.
* Maintain accurate service calendars and update internal systems with real-time job information.
* Arrange routine preventative maintenance visits in accordance with service agreements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical or operational challenges.
* Analyse reports to identify trends and drive process improvements.
* Prepare quotes and process invoices for non-contract services.
* Support ongoing process improvement initiatives and contribute to project activities.
