Your Role
You will be responsible for designing and developing Java and spring-based applications, along with Python-based data processing layers and REST APIs for our software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality, responsive, scalable and flexible applications. This position is performed in a hybrid manner with a mix of work performed from our office in Letterkenny, Ireland and remotely.
Key Responsibilities
* Application Development
* Build applications ensuring that the code follows modern coding practices and industry standards, using best design patterns and architectural principles.
* Develop high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code adhering to all applicable company standards.
* Collaborate with tech leads to define technical designs and work with other team members to understand the system end-to-end.
* Troubleshooting and Support
* Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents and service requests in a timely fashion.
* Provide level 3 support for production issues when needed.
