If so, we want to hear from you The RoleAn exciting opportunity is now available for an Account Executive for our offices in Limerick, Cork and/or Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients and new business development. You will manage and develop client and Willis Towers Watson (WTW) relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit and will be responsible for targeting and converting prospects.Key Responsibilities• Understand the clients' business and their insurance / risk placement needs.• Establish and maintain relationships within client entities and the business community.• Provide technical, industry and subject matter expertise where required.• Liaise with clients and insurers and build strong relationships.• Engage early in the renewal process to ensure high quality service and accountmanagement.Actively participate in the sales process in relation to winning new clients.• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects using Microsoft Dynamics.• Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions.• Work with colleagues across the business to capitalise on cross selling opportunities.• Work alongside (and provide direction as appropriate) to the Broking service team.• Actively create a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and implement ''best practicesystems''.• Ensure consistency of work practices within the team.
