Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our regulatory change projects. As a Regulatory Risk Director, you will be responsible for identifying, scoping, and delivering large transformation programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The role requires a senior leader who can facilitate comprehensive design and delivery of regulatory projects, act as a risk and regulation expert, and collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction.
You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify business-led, technology-enabled customer propositions and lead change projects to deliver results within agreed parameters.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* BSc/MSc qualification in a relevant field
* 10+ years consulting experience with in-depth knowledge of the insurance regulatory agenda
* Experience working with insurance and financial services risk and control projects
* Strong communication skills and pre-sales experience
