With 10 engineering crew vehicles on the road travelling to customers from Dublin to Galway and Cavan to Cork our activity levels are growing year-on-year.
Our investment in digital systems has given us a smart digital platform to track details of our customers door repairs, maintenance and installations and all the daily activities of our crews.
The successful delivery and efficiency of our services to customers, depends on a number of key roles such as this one.
The ideal candidate will hold previous administration experience gained in a technical, engineering or manufacturing environment.
The Role
* Follow up on services carried out, ensuring work reports are correct and sent to customers in a timely manner
* To provide admin support to the engineering support and service function
* Sales support, assisting with scheduling of daily works and arranging with customers
* Administration support to the parts and inventory system ensuring accurate recording of orders, deliveries and purchases.
* Continuous improvement of Serchek systems such as maintaining the accuracy of the asset register of customer door appliances.
Essential
* Third level qualification in a business administration related discipline
* Minimum 2 years' previous experience in a similar work environment
* High level, digital competence – ideally gained in an ERP or similar systems environment (Serchek uses Odoo ERP).
* A proven acumen for accuracy including some level of accounts support work.
