Job Description:
The role of Senior Project Director involves overseeing high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining the highest quality standards. Reporting directly to a construction director, you will be responsible for managing project staff, coordinating subcontractors, and conducting day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills, and experience in successfully delivering complex projects. They should also have extensive knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office and programming software like MS Project/Powerproject.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Liaise between the organisation and clients, ensuring regular updates.
2. Manage project staff, instructing, coaching, and directing them on construction, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
3. EFFECTIVE management and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring all personnel conduct duties to the highest standards.
4. DAY-TO-DAY operational duties, continuously improving operations, decreasing turnaround times, streamlining work processes, and providing seamless customer service.
5. Develop and deliver progress reports, analyse results, troubleshoot problem areas, build business relationships, and drive project success.
Requirements:
1. Degree qualification and several years of experience as a Project Manager.
2. Proven track record in delivering high-density residential or commercial projects.
3. Excellent ability to analyse and interpret contractual documents.
4. Strong commercial awareness, cost control, and planning abilities.
5. Technical competence, setting and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
6. Extensive experience leading and directing project teams, managing subcontractors, and people management skills.
7. Thorough knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office and programming software.
