Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor - PQS Consultancy
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Waterford City.
1. About the Role:
* This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with PQS experience to lead projects and manage support staff.
* You will be responsible for preparing development budgets, feasibility appraisals, and tender documentation including bills of quantities.
* Your duties will also include analysis of tender returns, preparation of financial reports, operation of company cost management systems,
* compliance with quality environmental health & safety management systems,
The ideal candidate must have Chartered or working towards chartership status in quantity surveying along with relevant industry experience (5+ years).
