Our client is rolling out a new renewal platform across multiple regions. Success depends heavily on accurate, reconciled installed base data sourced from a range of legacy ERP systems. Challenges include historical input errors.
You will be responsible for preparing, cleansing, validating, and structuring data for each regional go-live, ensuring no rollout is delayed due to data quality.
Day-to-day tasks include extracting and manipulating Oracle SQL datasets, reconciling serial numbers and contract histories, transforming Excel/CSV files, and ensuring alignment to vendor requirements.
Key outcomes early on:
* Multiple country "go-lives" completed without data-related delays
* Consistent, reliable installed base datasets handed over to the internal data/analytics team for future onboarding and small-country rollouts
This role is hands-on, operational, and requires deep investigative skills and comfort with ambiguity.
Requirements
Must Have
* 5-10 years' experience in hands-on data operations (ERP → SQL → Excel/CSV)
* Strong Oracle SQL (21c) querying, cleansing, reconciliation
* Ability to work independently with messy, incomplete historical data
* Experience resolving serial number, contract, or asset data discrepancies
* Experience working with ERP extracts (primarily NetSuite, with occasional legacy systems such as Great Plains)
* Strong Excel skills for file-based transformations and uploads
* Ability to engage confidently with business stakeholders and vendors
* Comfortable defining lightweight processes and documentation where none exist
* Ability to work under tight timelines aligned to regional go-live schedules
Nice to Have
* Experience with renewal operations or installed base management
* Familiarity with Palo Alto, Fortinet, or similar vendor contract/serial logic
* Previous experience in multi-region environments
* Exposure to data governance/stewardship concepts (not essential, advisory only)
* Experience supporting hypercare during system go-lives
* Python or scripting experience for data automation (not essential but useful)
