Electrical Supervisor Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, water services, boilers, and life safety equipment, ensuring compliance and reliability at all times.
* Manage planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance activities across all building systems, including supervising internal technicians and external contractors.
* Oversee site inspections, risk assessments, and permit-to-work processes, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout all site activities.
* Respond promptly to helpdesk requests and reactive maintenance tasks in line with SLA targets, supporting the delivery of high-quality service.
* Collaborate with the FM team to monitor budgets, report on performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
