Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of site facilities including WWTP, Tank Farm, Solvent Recovery, Utilities, Incineration and Waste Management.
* Leading a high-performing Technical Services team, developing capability and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Partnering with Production, Supply Chain and QA to ensure seamless operations and alignment across the business.
* Overseeing asset lifecycle management - from maintenance planning to plant optimisation and investment planning.
* Ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and GMP standards - always audit-ready.
* Managing resources, budgets and energy efficiency initiatives to support site and corporate objectives.
Qualifications / About the Person
* An engineering background and at least 5 years of experience in pharma, chemical or process-driven industries.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide and develop teams.
* A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach - someone who thrives on challenges and embraces change.
* Confidence in compliance, documentation and regulatory requirements.
* A collaborative, communicative style - able to influence and build relationships across the organisation.
