We're looking for a Senior Manual QA Engineer to own quality for a high-profile Football Mobile Fan Engagement Platform used by fans worldwide. You'll safeguard the game-day experience across iOS, Android, and Web, working closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
* Design and execute manual test plans, E2E scenarios, and test cases
* Champion quality across mobile and web releases
* Identify, document, and drive defects to resolution
* Collaborate closely with Product, PMs, and Developers
* Improve and document QA processes; mentor others
* Act as a quality consultant to non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
* 5+ years of manual QA experience on complex products
* Strong experience testing iOS, Android, and Web apps
* Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum and full SDLC
* Expertise in Smoke, Regression, Integration, UI/UX, Acceptance testing
* Strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, excellent English
* Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, Postman, Swagger
* Familiarity with Python automation concepts
Nice to Have
* Automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress)
* Performance/load testing experience
* Prior mentoring or Lead QA exposure
* Interest or experience in Generative AI
