Operations Manager at Fighting Words

Fighting Words is looking for a Project Co-ordinator in Limerick to help bring the power of creative writing to schools and groups in Limerick city and across the Mid West.
* Salary/Hours: €22,690.00, 21 hours per week, part-time and flexible.
* Contract: 12 months fixed term, with a possibility of extension, subject to funding.
The successful candidate will be based in Limerick and join a team focused on delivering creative writing workshops and community engagement.
What you’ll do:
* Plan and deliver creative writing workshops for children, young people and vulnerable adults in Limerick and beyond.
* Coordinate and support our amazing team of volunteer writing mentors.
* Build and nurture partnerships with libraries, schools, and community organisations.
* Contribute engaging content for our website and social media.
* Collaborate with colleagues nationwide on joint projects.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in the education and/or arts sectors in Ireland.
* Skilled at working with children and/or vulnerable adults.
* Workshop facilitation and training experience.
* Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills.
* A collaborative team player with a knowledge and understanding of the Fighting Words mission.
