On behalf of a Dublin headquartered Renewable Energy client, with several international offices, we are looking to hire an Intercompany Accountant.
This is a key role within the corporate finance function, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders across the business while gaining broad exposure to group accounting, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting in a dynamic energy sector environment.
Candidates may be fully qualified accountants or part-qualified with several years of relevant experience, particularly in intercompany loans or group accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and review of group financial statements and management accounts
Manage and reconcile intercompany balances, including intercompany loans and transactions
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes across multiple entities
Maintain and monitor intercompany loan agreements, interest calculations, and documentation
Support consolidation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Candidate Profile
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or part-qualified with several years of relevant experience
Strong experience with intercompany loans, intercompany reconciliations, or group accounting is essential
Experience working within a multi-entity group structure is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach to financial reporting
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business
This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside the CFO in close-knit team in Dublin. The role offers exposure to international deals within a growing sector.
Our client offers a 3&2 hybrid model in city centre, and will consider candidates working a 4-day working week.
