The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
* Assisting with patient scheduling and appointments
In addition to your administrative skills, you should have experience working in a GP practice or similar environment. You should also have strong organisational and computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office/ Word Processing.
Requirements:
* Strong Organisational and Computer Skills in MS Office/ Word Processing
* Effective Communication Skills
* Experience working in a gp practice
* Must have experience in working with healthcare CRM systems
* Experience with medical terminology preferred but not essential
