Orthopaedic Sales Specialist
About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strategic relationships with key customers, fostering long-term partnerships through regular engagement and value-driven interactions.
* Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits, addressing customer needs, and executing sales strategies.
* Provide expert support to customers on clinical, technical, and commercial matters, ensuring timely resolutions to their inquiries.
* Lead business development initiatives across the territory, identifying new opportunities and growth potential through market research and analysis.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement successful product launches and corporate activities, aligning with business objectives.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in hospital sales, particularly in orthopedic surgical sales.
* Or 2-3 years of experience in nursing (RGN) or ortho scrub nurse roles.
* Or 2-3 years of experience in surgical ortho medical device R&D.
* Or 5+ years of experience in hospital-based physiotherapy with extensive knowledge of surgical ortho and established relationships with ortho surgeons within the territory.
