In this role, you will:
* Project manage the delivery, installation, and training processes following best practices, including:
o Serving as the customer’s point of contact through delivery, installation, and training.
o Obtaining logistical information and identifying training needs.
o Coordinating with internal teams for planning, especially for complex or large orders.
o Collaborating with IT support teams for connectivity installs.
o Leading or participating in meetings for complex projects, including travel for onsite support.
* Manage projects using established workflows within Gateway and eAutomate.
* Handle paperwork accurately, including electronic systems like Laserfiche.
* Understand logistics procedures such as equipment procurement, workflow, inventory transactions, and discrepancy resolution.
* Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with team members to improve processes.
* Ensure delivery paperwork is accurate and establish expectations for delivery teams.
* Assist with inventory management, transfers, cycle counts, and wholesale processes as needed.
You should have:
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Ability to lift equipment over 50 lbs.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
* Customer service skills, even under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
* Flexibility to work overtime with little notice.
Qualifications:
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience in scheduling or logistics preferred.
