Roles and Responsibilities: Work with engineers, developers, and other technical specialists to understand complex products or systems and gather necessary information for documentation.
Review and revise existing documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, correct, and easy to understand.
Test newly written material with content users to ensure it meets their understanding and needs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments within their specific engineering or technology field This role focuses on creating clear, accurate technical documentation for software and engineering products working closely with developers and engineers to turn complex technical information into user-friendly manuals, guides, and visuals.
