What You'll Be Doing: Overseeing daily warehouse operations within a high-volume hardware distribution environment Managing 3 PL relationships to ensure SLAs, quality, and service levels are consistently met Using data, KPIs, and analytical tools to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve operational performance Leading and developing a warehouse team to achieve productivity and accuracy targets Ensuring safe, compliant, and well-organised warehouse standards at all times Collaborating with supply chain, transport, and senior leadership to support wider business goals ?? What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager within a 3 PL, logistics, or distribution environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach Experience working within hardware, trade, or product-based distribution is highly desirable Solid understanding of WMS systems, warehouse processes, and continuous improvement methods ??
