We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment.POSITION SUMMARY:This role relates to the secondary packaging and visual inspection of pharmaceutical products for Global markets in line with relevant regulatory and cGMP standards using a mixture of automatic and manual packaging lines What You'll DoPackaging and/or visual inspection of Product across multiple packaging lines that can operate on a 24/7Set up and operate and troubleshoot Secondary packaging assembly line equipment in a biologics processing environment for plasma derived pharmaceuticals. Ability to learn new processes within GrifolsThis role involves critical visual inspection tasks that require accurate colour differentiation and 20/20 vision (corrective lenses permitted, not contact lens). These visual capabilities are essential to ensure the safety and quality control of the product.Recruitment CriteriaApplicants must have normal colour vision, due to the nature of colour-based tasks performed in this role.A colour vision test will be included as part of the pre-employment screening process.Successful candidates will be required to pass a colour vision assessment prior to receiving an employment offer.Completion of Batch documentation and associated recordsReconciliation of materialsSupport new staff in knowledge transferAttention of detail in dutiesPerform wrapping of pallets and associated SAP transaction when requiredEnsure Training is up to datePerform other duties as requested by Team Leader/Supervisor/ ManagementWhat You'll Bring Must be proactive, results oriented, and have strong attention to detail.Self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to exercise good judgment.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet targeted deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with personnel at all levels in a team environment.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make structured decisions on a routine basis.
