As a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying, both pre- and post-contract, across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparing capital cost estimates
* Advising on building economics
* Producing lifecycle cost estimates
* Providing advice on tendering procedures and contract arrangements
* Drafting contract packages, including amendments to standard forms

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Quantity Surveying degree required
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a consultant environment
* Excellent organizational skills
* Able to produce accurate work to project deadlines
