Customer Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat.
* Main Responsibilities:
o Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
o Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms to ensure compliance with company guidelines and community standards
Requirements:
* A strong command of French (B2-C1 level) and intermediate English (B1-B2 level)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Prior experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus, but not mandatory
* EU Citizenship or Working Visa
* Willinngness to relocate
