Legal Executive – Property or Real Estate Finance, Dublin

We are partnering with a highly respected full-service law firm in Dublin, supporting clients in property and insolvency matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills, work on complex cases, and grow within a dynamic team.
What you'll be doing:
Draft loan agreements, security documents, contracts for sale, deeds, and board minutes.
Register security with CORE and prepare documents for Land Registry & Registry of Deeds.
Collate reports and trackers to keep clients updated.
Assist with transaction completions.
Work closely with solicitors, partners, clients, agents, and banks.
Undertake other tasks to support the team and progress cases.
What we're looking for:
2–5 years' experience in a legal environment, ideally in Property or Real Estate Finance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiasm, resilience, and problem-solving mindset.
Flexible approach to meet client needs.
Confident using Microsoft Office.
