We're partnering with a fast-growing Irish customer experience and outsourcing business to hire an
HR Administrator
for their expanding People & Culture team in Galway.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the operational and people-focused side of HR.
You'll support managers and employees across the business while helping drive engagement, culture initiatives, and employee experience as the organisation continues to grow.

What you'll do
Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to managers and employees
Support employee relations matters including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with Irish employment legislation
Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries
Support onboarding and help create a positive employee experience for new hires
Assist with employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture initiatives
Create engaging internal communications using Canva and PowerPoint
Support presentations, internal campaigns, and employee communications
Who you are
3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
Strong understanding of Irish employment law
Comfortable managing employee relations matters
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Canva and PowerPoint for internal communications
Solutions-focused with a genuine interest in employee engagement and workplace culture
Able to handle confidential information professionally
