Role:
As a key member of the team, this role is responsible for effectively on-boarding and integrating new business into internal operational processes. The position requires strong attention to detail, high-quality delivery standards and a commitment to excellent service.
You will work closely with sales, client development and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a senior relationship manager and key interface between sales, client development, operations and clients.
* Oversee service delivery and engagement for newly on-boarded clients.
* Maintain a high-quality client experience, ensuring timely, accurate data and proactive relationship management.
* Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance client-focused service delivery.
* Keep up to date with industry developments, trends and product offerings.
* Act as a proactive business partner, fostering strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Ensure client reporting metrics are delivered effectively and add value to the service provided.
* Resolve issues and incidents, oversee delivery of solutions and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders.
* Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement, helping to drive enhancements, best practice and scalable processes.
* Serve as an escalation point for colleagues.
* Contribute to various ad hoc projects as required.
Experience Requirements:
* 8-10 years' experience in an operational environment, including at least 5 years at managerial level.
* Demonstrated experience as a senior client contact.
* Background with a leading financial services or fund administration provider preferred.
* Knowledge of fund administration platforms and market data services advantageous.
* Strong understanding of fund accounting, investor services, custody and depositary functions.
* Good awareness of the interdependencies within fund services and connectivity requirements with third-party service providers.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Third-level degree; professional qualification (full or partial) is an advantage.
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong project management and leadership capabilities with high attention to detail.
* Proactive, motivated and delivery-focused approach.
* Strong adherence to standards, discipline and principled behaviour.
* Ability to take ownership and resolve issues independently.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
