Location: Coolock, Dublin 5
Hours: Saturdays & Sundays, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (18 hours/week)
Rate: €15.03/hr + 33% Sunday premium
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative Supervisor to oversee weekend cleaning operations at Mondelez International. This permanent part-time role involves supervising a team of cleaning operatives, ensuring tasks are completed to the highest standards, maintaining strict hygiene and safety protocols, and managing essential shift documentation.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide cleaning operatives to complete tasks as per site instructions
* Carry out cleaning duties in production areas
* Manage cleaning equipment, chemicals, and colour-coded cleaning systems
* Maintain high hygiene and safety standards
* Complete all relevant documentation and reports
* Liaise with management on safety and operational matters
Requirements
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
* Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and safety standards.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
* Previous supervisory or cleaning experience (desirable but not essential - full training provided).
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Good communication skills for effective team coordination and reporting.
* Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and hygiene protocols.
