Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in managing regional procurement groups and/or efforts of diverse teams, preferably with a medical device manufacturer or large manufacturing-based organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Global Indirect Sourcing Lead: Develop and implement global indirect sourcing strategies and budgets.
2. Supply Chain Support: Drive and support Global Operations, including providing purchasing and sourcing support to multiple legal entities, business units, and departments.
3. Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with suppliers, ensuring fair and competitive pricing.
4. Site Procurement Support: Support site procurement teams on material shortage/service outages/escalations.
5. SQE Team Support: Support SQE teams with the resolution of supplier quality related and engineering issues.
Requirements:
* BS or BA degree in Business, Engineering, Science or a related field (MBA preferred).
* CPM or similar accreditation preferred.
* A minimum of 10 years experience in managing regional procurement groups and/or efforts of diverse teams.
* Familiarity with FDA, cGMP, and ISO quality system requirements for a diverse medical device manufacturer.
* Strong analytical, negotiation, communication (written & verbal), and presentation skillsets and abilities.
* Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office products, and web/voice conferencing technologies.
