Project Manager – Dry lining / Ceilings / Partitions – Dublin Region
Permanent Position
Our client, a specialist interiors contractor with deep experience across partition, ceiling and dry-lining works (including data-centres and large-scale residential), is seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of internal works packages in the Dublin region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end package delivery of dry-lining, ceiling and partition works from planning, procurement, through to hand-over
* Ensure budgets, programmes and quality targets are met whilst working alongside main contractor teams
* Lead a project team, manage subcontractors, coordinate materials, and ensure safety/compliance standards are upheld
* Report to senior management on commercial status, forecasts, variations and risk mitigation
* Interface with client, design and site teams to solve challenges and maintain stakeholder alignment
Requirements:
* Proven project management experience in dry-lining/ceiling/partition or interior fit-out works
* Strong commercial, planning and leadership skills
* Able to manage multiple phases, teams and tight timelines in a major contractor environment
* Excellent technical understanding of drawings, spec and construction sequencing
