To assist the Sales Manager by covering all aspects from calls to monthly reporting and to assist Hire Fleet Manager in addressing hire fleet enquiries and repairs/maintenance calls. To co-ordinate the document flow and distribution process within the different departments of the business.Responsibilities:Meet and greet customers/suppliers as they visit the company's officeAnswering telephone and e-mail queriesStationary and canteen supply orderingCo-ordinating meeting room bookings and set upAssist with roll-out of company initiativesAssist with Ad Hoc requests from the Manging DirectorAssist with distribution of documents to other departmentsSupport the wider business unitsRequirements:Be flexible in line with business requirementsProficient administration and IT skills; Word, Excel, Outlook and ability to quickly learn new systemsAdopt working policy of Best Practice?Highly accurate, detailed oriented, and has strong follow-up.Ability to handle repetitive tasks well as part of daily routineMinimum of 3 years' experience in administrationExcellent interpersonal skills, including a good telephone manner and working as part of a team.Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise tasks.Display personal commitment, effort, motivation and initiative in all business dealingsCRM experience and advantageBenefits:Pension planLife assurance – 4 times your annual salaryEmployee assistance programmeRefer a friend schemeMaternity payEmployee discounts – on hotels, gyms, electronics and moreEducational assistanceCareer progression opportunitiesLong Service Awards
